These unprofessionals had me take a residential property out of my name to only end up telling me that I don’t qualify because they didn’t check my income before having me complete this. Then I try to file a complaint and I can’t even get a response from Elisa Torres, who is supposed to be the Regional Property Manager, but apparently no one there will do their jobs!
Even though I didn’t end up qualifying, I really appreciated Jay’s honesty and professionalism throughout the process. She was upfront, clear, and respectful, which made the experience much easier. Her communication was timely, and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find housing and does her job with integrity.
