A pretty simple project rife with missteps. Started with overestimating cost & materials, middled with doing stuff I told them not to and not doing things they said they would or I asked them to do, and ended with inefficient work process leading to extra costs. I felt I needed to be the project manager to keep things on track and done right, more than once reminding them of things that needed to be completed. Working with Joe was awesome. The young men working on the install did a wonderful job. They were careful and very good attention to detail.
They did an expert job constructing a path to my deck and eliminating vegetation near the house. They were quick and tidy.
We were extremely impressed with Boulder Hills Landscape from the initial phone call, which was answered by Jenny, to the thorough estimate provided by Joe & Krystin, to the professional landscaping work provided by the whole team. From start to finish this company was knowledgeable, approachable, reasonable and very capable. The worked performed was exactly to the estimate and exceeded our wildest expectations. We will be using Boulder Hills Landscape and their other services again in the immediate future.
