Owner was pleasant, amiable, amd explained things. We had two double pane, custom low E windows removed and installed for $765. I liked that the owner did the work himself. Approximate sizes: 30" by 27" and 30" by 24". Initial visit was the day I called; second visit was 15 days later, both of which worked well for us. I simply do not know if the price was high, low, or in-between. (It seems like a lot of money- but I have no comparison.) Charles did a difficult cut and installation, and did it perfectly. He has a meticulous sense of detail and is very customer oriented. We had a large panel that broke on our balcony when it was hit by a flying object in the wind. Charles matched the existing panels beautifully. I would highly recommend him for any job!
The man on the phone was really friendly, had me send pictures, told me what kind of window I had, assessed what was needed, and said it wasn’t his specialty. So, he talked to me for another 10 minutes to make sure I found the right service. Now that’s just kind.
