The morning of our appointment they refused to see my child. They require a 48 hour cancellation from patients, but I guess it is OK to cancel patient appointments without the same consideration of time, energy and money. We had this appointment on the calendar for weeks and were looking forward to a second opinion regarding diagnosis and care, but they refused to make an independent assessment. Truly disappointing.
I am so incredibly impressed with this organization. The providers are professional, compassionate, and very well read regarding their various specialties. They are also super responsive with answers. The office staff provide a level of customer service that is unsurpassed in any medical setting that I’ve ever experienced. You rarely find this combination, so I am calling it out. Thank you Boulder Creek Psychiatry for your commitment to excellence.
I am a huge fan of Dr. Carlson. She has been a tremendous help with my son's mental health challenges. I can't even imagine going anywhere else!

Beware this office is completely disorganized. Terrible internal communication, lack of support, no leadership, lots of mistakes and if you need anything they will be sure to charge you $100 for a phone call.
