The organization seems more interested in kicking people off the wait-list than out reaching those seeking homes. I've been looking for a home since 2020 and on this wait-list since at least summer of 2022. In that time they could not answer a simple question about whether my wait-list position had actually come up (half a dozen calls, no answers). Took a while but they finally responded.
As the others comments have already mentioned, it is impossible to speak with anyone. I tried every extension I could and it doesn't even ring it just automatically says no one is available. This is supposed to be one of the most liberal counties in the state. This is just sad!
