The organization seems more interested in kicking people off the wait-list than out reaching those seeking homes. I've been looking for a home since 2020 and on this wait-list since at least summer of 2022. In that time they could not answer a simple question about whether my wait-list position had actually come up (half a dozen calls, no answers). Then they removed me for not replying to a letter mailed that was mailed to an outdated address I have not lived at since October of 2022 (had to relocate that autumn). But they s... read more
