We had our 5x7 rug cleaned and we’re charged $275. The rug was dropped back off when I wasn’t home. Upon inspection the rug had been damaged, see photos. I have tried texting, calling (there is no voicemail) and emailing to discuss the damage with Kory. I’ve been completely ghosted. Terrible service and my rug was damaged. The plastic webbing is very visible on the sides, was not when it was picked up to be clean. Really disappointed they completed ghosted after damaging my rug. Would not recommend.

Kory gives great service at a great price. He goes above and beyond. For cleaning our large area rug, he even picked it up, cleaned it at his shop, brought it back the next week and rolled it out in our room. I highly recommend Boulder Carpet Care! Channah & Sahand

I had to get the carpet professionally cleaned before moving out of my apartment and Boulder County Carpet Care was recommended by my landlord. I was actually late to our appointment, and Lee was very understanding and accommodating. He also personally guaranteed his services. Very easy to work with, and cheaper than anyone else I talked to. Great guy, great company!
