Meghan was very friendly and made sure I was settled in before affixing all of the sensors. She answered all of my questions and was very informative of the process. I slept well and was quite comfortable.
Great experience. My tech was very kind. Would recommend this sleep lab.
My technician was efficient but unfriendly. The procedure was stressful and it would've been calming to have had a nicer person working with me. Further, I was given a light cotton hospital blanket and not offered more blankets in a very cold room. The technician asked if the temperature was OK but before I could really think about it, she left. Megan was exceptional--very knowledgeable and extremely competent and efficient. Recommended the proper sleep mask for CPAP machine--very stress-free.
Excellent facility. Staff, Meagan was wonderful and comforting, Bed was comfy, room temp perfect, almost thirty wires I thought I would never sleep…Slept great and awaiting results. Thank you Team! VR
