Sleep tech, Tim, was amazing...knowledgeable, kind, professional. He really put me at ease about the whole procedure. The bed and room were comfortable. I didn't realize I would be sleeping with mask on but I chose (yes, I had some choices to make) the one that covers just my nose. No problems. Slept great for first time in ages. Can't wait for final results.
Couldn't have had a better experience with BCH Sleep Diagnostics. Staff and tech were kind, prompt and explained processes well. The sleep study room was clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.
Personalized service by a caring staff. The room is nice, featuring a large queen or king size bed. Plenty of room to store personal items, and a restroom with a shower is attached. Need assistance, just press a button and they are there in a just seconds. For a required procedure, this facility makes the task pleasant. Why then 4*, and not 5*? This room is cold, and equipped with minimum bed covering. I don’t know if they provide blankets, but certainly they could raise the room temperature.
My adult daughter with disabilities had a sleep study done here. The technician Timothy was terrific - very patient and good at explaining how everything was being done. I also was able to stay over in a separate room and they accommodated everything we brought with to help with sleeping including a weighted blanket.
BCH Sleep Diagnostics Lab in Boulder is very friendly place. Cat was great on setting up my study and reminding regarding my appointment. When I arrived Megan was there to help me feel as comfortable as possible. Megan put everything together in quick fashion, offered tips on being successful along with needed information. Megan did a great job and I had a very good sleep study!
