Easy process. My technician, Megan, was prepared for my arrival and quickly got started hooking me up for my study. I was comfortable all night. No issues at all! Thanks Megan for your help.
Great experience! Went to sleep at 10:20pm and was up and out by 5:45am. The tech was very gentle and kind. Slept like I was at home.
This was my first sleep study so I don't know what to compare it to. Took 1 ambient, read for a half hour, and didn't wake up til 4. The CPAP mask and tensions if the day kept me awake til 5:45, when it was time to get ready to leave.
Very quick scheduling, worked with Kyle and he was helpful. The rooms were clean, the technician Megan was helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Very pleased with this sleep lab. I would highly recommend.
Do not use this Sleep Institute! They don't follow up. They don't use your insurance that you submit with the paperwork. It takes months to get a first appt, and if you wait that long, they won't follow up after they decide on a treatment. They push a c-pap machine no matter what. They don't listen. Their device moved my teeth and once I told them, they sent me a bill and have not followed up. I have sent messages, but they will not contact me back.
