I had a wonderful experience at this sleep lab. Megan was patient, professional and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Her calm and reassuring approach made what could have been a stressful night feel easy. Highly recommend this sleep lab.
The facility was clean and the study was handled professionally.
This is the second sleep study I have down at BCH Sleep diagnostics, Megan was my tech both times and she was great! The day technician for my MSLT was great as well, I can't remember his name though unfortunately.
Staff was knowledgeable and kind during the preparation of my overnight stay. They were accommodating about temperature of the room, providing additional blankets, and even offered a fan. I was having anxiety going into this but knew it was necessary. By the time I laid down to sleep I felt much more at ease.
Meghan was very friendly and made sure I was settled in before affixing all of the sensors. She answered all of my questions and was very informative of the process. I slept well and was quite comfortable.
