Firstly, I am apologize that I am six mins late to my appointment. Just realized they have their own policy for the appointment. You cannot be later than 5 mins later than your appointment. Which seems unfair, bc I always waited longer than that in the lobby. The front desk lady told me the doctor already seen someone else and couldn’t see me, how long a part are you scheduled the appointment???? If you love suprise billing, this is your place! So disappointing, because the facility and care providers were nice. But there is so much deception going on r/e billing that it is shameful. I understand that billing can be complex, especially when insurance is involved and 3rd parties are involved, but there should at least be an effort made to inform patients that 3rd parties ARE EVEN INVOLVED AT ALL.
