Boulder city is the best!! Not only lower rates but water, electricity and garbage 1 bill!!!

The website is a joke forget it. It takes 12-15 days to get a bill in the mail, so then by the time the bill arrives its due in just a couple days, and then 3 days later yes literally THREE days later you get a shut off notice. After you already paid the bill lol. The next month you get a mysterious double bill, and pay that and then you get another shutoff notice immediately after.
