I took 24 hours before writing this review because I wanted to be fair and thoughtful. The main issue here is dishonesty. We were told the mechanic would take a quick look at the levelers and would not charge, since “it only takes a second.” We had already explained the problem — the leveler is visibly bent. You don’t need diagnostics for that. You just need eyes. Instead, we were charged $200 to be told exactly what we already knew: it’s bent, and they can’t fix it.
