If you deal with this company make sure to get everything in writing if they state they will fix something. The salesman we dealt with said the air conditioning would be fixed prior to us picking up our purchase of an RV. He even showed us that it wasn’t working properly I know they do believe they did try but it’s still not working right. Had a ford dealership mechanic look at it and it has rodent damage and he said that whoever was in it last basically just put a Band-Aid on it. It was not fixed properly. I had a propane leak. My auto mechanic suggested I try BC RV. Glad I did. Got me worked into their schedule, assessed the issue, text a nice detail quote for e-approval and got the job done as & when promised. Prices are very fair.

These guys are great! Best customer service, quick, great communication. Tyler went above and beyond in repairing my RV. I’m grateful that I went outside of Las Vegas and found this family run operation. Even Tyler expressed how much he liked working there and it was different from the other turn and burn repair shops.
