I really can’t say enough good things about Caleb and the entire team at Boulder City RV. They made the entire process, from browsing the lot to final delivery and the detailed walk-through/orientation, seamless and enjoyable. After buying the (new to me) Airstream, I decided to upgrade the batteries and solar to a much higher capacity, app-controlled lithium setup that would let me stay off grid for longer. Seamless process from start to finish great customer service. And will go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. 100 % if we are back in the area and looking to trade we will be returning to them. Awesome experience and definitely unmatched by anywhere else I’ve been. Not to mention when we first 5th wheel owners and they made sure we understood every aspect of the rig upon delivery.
Well, one star went up to 5. I had an issue with the paperwork. I contacted John and he referred me to Caleb. At first I was a little upset because I thought John was just kissing it off to Caleb but afterwards, I found out that Caleb was better suited to handle my issue. The paperwork issue cost me a little bit of a headache at the DMV. I spoke to Caleb and advised the situation and at first, I thought he was not going to do anything about it.
