It’s your typical used car salesman in this case RV salesman honesty and upfront values are lacking with this company, luckily, I have skills and can fix most anything and probably wouldn’t have been a dealbreaker, but it would’ve been nice to know upfront proceeded with caution.
We bought our brand new 2024 Apex Nano from Boulder City RV. Drove down from Washington and paid cash. We know they gave us the one they used for demos because it had vases and fake plants in it. But my real beef with them is that they lied. There was a gouge in one of the cabinet doors and Caleb, the owner, said he would have a new cabinet door ordered and sent to us, but we literally never heard from him again. I went to see an rv they had last week. Aside from getting the keys and unlocking the doors, the sales rep couldn't be bothered, spent the entire time on his phone, didn't offer any info and basically ignored us. I was there with another woman, my sister, and got the distinct impression that I wasn't being taken seriously because I didn't have my husband with me. FYI, this would be a purchase I am fully capable of making by myself and don't need my husband to approve the purchase.
