At first I was a little upset because I thought John was just kissing it off to Caleb but afterwards, I found out that Caleb was better suited to handle my issue. It’s your typical used car salesman in this case RV salesman honesty and upfront values are lacking with this company, luckily, I have skills and can fix most anything and probably wouldn’t have been a dealbreaker, but it would’ve been nice to know upfront proceeded with caution.
We bought our brand new 2024 Apex Nano from Boulder City RV. Drove down from Washington and paid cash. We know they gave us the one they used for demos because it had vases and fake plants in it. But my real beef with them is that they lied. There was a gouge in one of the cabinet doors and Caleb, the owner, said he would have a new cabinet door ordered and sent to us, but we literally never heard from him again.
