Saved my life! Great company they made me an offer I just couldn't refuse... I am happy I did. This is the best RV shop I have ever found they will tackle any challenge even the most unusual and odd problems an rv can possibly have. My wife and I attended the Las Vegas RV show today, 3/27. It was a waste of time. We wanted to check out a Modern Buggy. We called Boulder City Rv and spoke with Steve. He invited us down. We made the drive and met with Steve. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We also checked out the Keystone Reign and a beautiful class A. Steve didn't rush us. He answered our questions. I waited 24 hours before posting this because I wanted to be fair. But the truth is, this experience comes down to one thing: dishonesty. The mechanic clearly told us he would take a quick look at the levelers and would not charge us because it would “only take a second.” That was his exact wording. We already knew the issue—the leveler is visibly bent. You don’t need tools, diagnostics, or an hour of labor to see that. That’s why we brought it in: to fix it.
