Sent in for culture weeks ago, have called multiple times since and left voicemails and no one returns the call. This was after they didn’t send the first culture in and just left it in the fridge(what they told me the first time I called) because Dr cross didn’t provide direction and I had to come BACK in to do another sample. Week 3 of symptoms and no answers so I have to change doctors to get the same thing done… for the 3rd time. Booked an appointment and called to be put on a waitlist to be seen earlier. I then get a voicemail back saying "We've been trying to reach you, we sent a text, and have been calling you," which was a lie, I only had one missed call and no messages in my spam or anything. Not sure why we're lying to patients? Turns out my appt time is not available, the next one is months out. Then I get refused to be put on the waitlist because I need a longer appt as a new patient. This clinic has gone down hill in treatment of the patient. I'm astonished that the staff is so uncaring.

I am appalled by the treatment my wife received at Boulder City Primary Care. She recently went to the front desk to get some paperwork filled out, as she has done for years. Despite filling it out correctly using the most recent Quest Diagnostics data, she was immediately and rudely accused of "lying" on the form. The front desk staff were not only dismissive but also condescending, telling her she would have to make an appointment while smirking and talking about her as if she wasn’t there.
