Five stars. Boulder City Primary Care has been outstanding. I live in Henderson, and it is absolutely worth the drive to receive care there. The level of personal attention I receive every visit makes a real difference. Dr. Angelique Cross has been steady, responsive, and genuinely invested in my health. Received a call 7 weeks after an appt with the Dr (from an admin) that was checking to see if I took care of an order I knew nothing about. Dr Cross said I was fine back in October Another Dr looked @ it thank goodness So someone messed up & should’ve communicated with the Dr first since there were mixed notes in my chart Thank you to the Dr that took time to look @ the report & Amanda @ the hospital for help with this. Sent in for culture weeks ago, have called multiple times since and left voicemails and no one returns the call. This was after they didn’t send the first culture in and just left it in the fridge(what they told me the first time I called) because Dr cross didn’t provide direction and I had to come BACK in to do another sample. Week 3 of symptoms and no answers so I have to change doctors to get the same thing done… for the 3rd time.
