I came to the emergency room on March 15th due to severe gallbladder pain. I had not eaten much in the preceding days, and Dr. Derek Meeks ordered an ultrasound to determine the cause of my pain. Because I was extremely hungry, I ate half a piece of cornbread, believing it would be acceptable since I had only undergone bloodwork and an ultrasound. Everyone was so kind! I appreciated Dr. Walsh's calm demeanor, explanation of the condition, and didn't make me feel rushed when I had questions. The nurse was fantastic and the receptionists were so kind. Amazing team, thank you Boulder Hospital!

Last night, Friday December 27, 2024 around 6 pm, I checked into the Boulder City ER with excruciating pain in neck and head due to what I believed was muscle spasms in my neck. It is a chronic issue but last night my medication wasn't working and I felt like I was going insane from the pain. There was another woman in the waiting room who seemed to be in pain as well but no one else. My wife and I have been here a handful of times and have received excellent care. However, we are here now and are still waiting for my wife's medication to be delivered. Disturbingly, there's garbage on the floor around her bed. So sad!

Took my 3 year old here for severe stomach pains. We're here on vacation and it's so stressful when your kids don't feel well. The staff in the ER were the kindest, most pleasant people ever. I wish I could have gotten all of their names to thank them personally. I am forever grateful for the care you took of my daughter and keeping me calm. From the staff at the front desk to the doctor himself, they were all great. Thank you so much!
