Yesterday I decided to take an acro yoga class, first time I’ve ever practiced this and I was amazed at the whole experience, the teachers are incredible and very masterful at sharing it. It’s challenging but they are patient with beginners and it was also very fun. I’m definitely hoping to go back again to learn more acro yoga. Y’all are some really awesome people thanks!
Incredibly well-equiped circus space. Aerial rigging points in the ceiling, doing hardwood dance floors, and full height mirrors to name a few. Basically a dance studio, but for circus. Juggling club is on Sundays from 6-9pm.
