Had an MRI scheduled for 1/10 & wasn’t getting any confirmations, the grumpy lady sitting at the front refused to reschedule me & had a terrible attitude as if she’d be happy to be anywhere else but her job. If it wasn’t for the COO & the office manager fixing the issue for me, I wouldn’t come back. Be careful dealing with the front desk receptionist
I’ve had multiple MRIs here. The front desk staff is consistently grumpy and unhelpful. They do not return phone calls nor seem to care about customer service. The tech staff is great however.
My visit was a positive one, where I was greeted pleasantly at the front desk, and after a very brief wait, I went back for my CT scan. The tech was also nice to work with and got my images with minimal fuss. The treatment I received really put me at ease in a situation where I wasn't sure what to expect. They're great!
I was a nervous wreck leading up to my MRI (I get very anxious/claustrophobic) but had an AMAZING experience at Boulder Center for MRI. Kevin was so kind and helpful and made the process extremely easy and comforting. I feel like I could have been in there twice as long which is a big deal for me to say. Will never go anywhere else for an MRI. If you get anxious like me, ask for Kevin!
Beautiful facility, great staff. Very professional people. Highly recommend. The MRI department is the absolute best I have ever encountered!!!!
