I had a great experience with Boulder Builders. Sean & the team worked diligently on my bathroom remodel, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. The job was clean, they stayed on schedule & stayed in my budget. Extras were discussed ahead of time with Sean & the finished product looks great!
We hired Boulder Builders for 3 bathroom remodels and a complex fireplace to window/wall conversion. Overall, we found their work to be below the quality of what was promised and what we expected. Kevin told us he worked at Melton and knew all the best subcontractors, but the reality was very different - vanities were installed with gaps, cabinets installed out of square, divider walls were not level, mirrors were mounted off center, the plumbing was incorrect. We chose Boulder Builders after seeing them complete a similar addition on another home in our neighborhood. We were not only impressed by how great the addition looked, but how quickly they worked to complete it. We weren't disappointed going with them for our project. Very disappointed with the way I was treated here. We spent many hours preparing for master bath complete tear out and remodeling project start. When I wanted to talk about the Boulder Builders contract I was told to go elsewhere with my project. Better be prepared to take what they offer or Kevin will wish you "good luck" and say goodbye without any attempt at resolution.
I whole heartedly recommend Boulder Builders as an exceptional renovation contractor. This past summer they completed converting some under-utilized space in our house into a very attractive and efficient bedroom, bath, laundry enclosure, and mud room/closet. Additionally we reconverted another area back into a garage.
