Would highly recommend staying away. My wife had the most horrible experience with this shop on claims they made and never followed through. Oh, also, if you want to get your wedding dress after your wedding day, I would then highly recommend going with them. My Family was recently there for alterations on a wedding dress. My heart broke for her when they ruined her dress and then took zero accountability. They attempted to fix what they ruined a few times only to make the situation worse. Imagine buying your perfect dress, for the biggest day of your life, you take it to have alterations done trusting someone who supposedly knew what they were doing. I am writing this review to share my incredibly disappointing experience with Boulder Bridal/Wedding Alteration. I purchased my dream wedding dress from them, and the initial experience was lovely. The issues began with the alterations. I brought my dress in to be bustled and asked the seamstress if she could place a sheer layer under the lace around the neck, as it was a bit itchy. I highly recommend this store to every bride out there. I had the most pleasant experience every time I was there. The owners, John and Annie, become your friends, Finley was sweet as could be with my appointments, and the selection of dresses is so special compared to any store I’ve seen. I didn’t feel pressured into a decision, and I felt comfortable to really enjoy the experience.
So happy with my daughter’s bridal gown alterations here! Finley is so sweet and helpful and Annie is a very kind & talented seamstress. They have a ton of gorgeous and unique gowns too! Go and see them for a dress or get alterations- you won’t be disappointed with the service and care.
