I met friendly staff and got a delicious product.
Sign and website says they open at 9am..... There was a hand written sign on the window saying "9:15 open today" door was unlocked walked in, a guy walks in and says " oh we are not open yet" i explained his handwritten sign on the door and the website and the guy just says i am waiting on a staff member to get in...... This is how you lose business and because of this i did go somewhere else and I will be spending my money somewhere else from now on in boulder due to the lack of service and punctuality. This the Hidden Gem of Boulder. Very knowledgable staff able to throw out genetic info at the drop of a hat. Incredible quality of product and good deals means we will be returning here whenever in Boulder.
