Brenna Lofgren has what I call magic hands . I came in for my pre-race turn-up to remove my training soreness and she did not disappoint. My only regret is that I didn't schedule more of these during my training blocks prior to the pre-race. As an endurance runner, I need specific therapies to keep my body flexible and pain-free. I highly recommend PR Labs massage. Tim’s knowledge of the body shines through in his massage. I have had a tight neck with limited rotation for years, and after my first massage with Tim, I had more range of motion than I have had in a long time… and it has lasted. He listens to your concern and then gets to work ironing out the tightness. I have already rebooked!
