Dr Rudolph was great (even though the PRP didn't work for my injury, it was worth a try), but the office experience was awful. I understand the procedure is typically not covered by insurance, but I asked for a superbill so I could at least file myself and see if some of the cost would be allowed. The superbill they sent had obsolete CPT codes, and the office refused to fix them. The staff just kept telling me they don't bill insurance, but that wasn't my ask.
