Stephanie has been awesome in helping me with my allergies! She is very personable and adds lovely touches to make working with her easy and enjoyable. The front desk does seem to be understaffed.

How terribly short staffed is this business? Is anyone working the phones or does everyone come in person to schedule an appointment?Can't reach anyone to answer a question or schedule an appointment! After 10 minutes waiting on hold to speak to someone they hang up on me.
This allergy team is great! Dr Maschka and Stephane started me on allergy drops almost 2 years ago now and I have seen great improvement in my allergies. Highly recommend!
