BE CAREFUL USING GOOGLE MAPS! I strongly recommend asking for a map at the gate. GMaps has both the entrance where the gate is wrong, my sister's place, and her neighbor's so I'd imagine many more are wrong too. The paper map helps a lot if you have someone's space number and haven't been here before. You can verify my comment by tapping where they placed the gate. It's someone's actual home.
Security was the first thing I encountered. Very well guarded and safe community. I went to an open house and was impressed by the quietness of the Boulders. Near by shopping and excellent location.
