I ordered the pistachio éclair and an iced latte here, and honestly, I was a little disappointed. The éclair had a very generous and dense filling, but for me the texture was a bit too heavy and compact — I was hoping for something lighter, smoother, and more delicate. The pistachio cream on top also tasted mostly sweet, without much of the nutty pistachio aroma coming through.
