J'ai commandé 50 chouquettes dernièrement et malheureusement au moins 15 était brisé et pas assez cuit ,j'avais demandé en plus bien doré malheureusement il a pas eu de communication dans l'équipe dommage
I used to go to this boulangerie for their desserts but i wanted to try their sandwiches. The service was so bad. I tried to order a trio of croissant JLT, with a soft drink and a part de flan (twice this week). EVERY workers had so much trouble in putting my order onto their system. Service extrêmement décevant. Le personnel est impoli, peu professionnel et clairement pas à l’écoute des clients. Je n’ai jamais vu un accueil aussi mauvais dans une pâtisserie. C’est inacceptable et je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet endroit.
Les desserts sont excellent fait avec de vrais produits et non de la conserve.
