Lash lift was totally flat. Waste of $100
DO NOT GO! Completely unprofessional - used their system, Vargo which is horrible as an understatement. Rescheduled appointment and then was told appointment was cancelled because it was not updated in their system even with email confirmation. UNPROFESSIONALISM is unacceptable!
Esthetically clean appealing as soon as you wall in! Warm, friendly greeter welcomes you in (outer footwear to he removed; slippers provided). My stylist, Channy was professional and asked upfront necessary questions prior to beginning services for clarification - good client service. Even during the appointment, she provided feedback on hair care practice/techniques (lack of; offered next steps including product details). I really enjoyed my ME day!
