Bougie Bungee is SO much fun! The atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming, and everyone in class was genuinely fun to be around. The energy makes you forget you’re even working out. Flight Instructor Kay, was absolutely fantastic — encouraging, clear with instructions, and made the whole experience feel safe and exciting at the same time. And don’t be fooled — it’s way more cardio than you’d think! The best part? It’s incredibly easy on your joints. High energy, low impact. I can’t wait to go back!
Finally made it to my 1st class and I absolutely loved it. Will definitely be back! Kay was great!
