Although I enjoyed my past services with Boujee Beaute Bar I was disappointed that I was charged a cancellation fee for half of the service due to me having to go to the emergency room at the last minute. It’s unfortunate that I was charged for a service that I couldn’t make because I was in the hospital. I do understand everyone’s time is valuable but this was a situation out of my control and I’ve accommodated her in the past when she has switched my appointments due to having to attend her sons game.
