I’m very disappointed with this grooming service. The appointment took a very long time, and the price was much higher than expected — I was charged $101, while in other places I usually pay around $60–$75 for the same type of service. The quality was also very poor. My dog was not washed, not properly brushed, and there were still mats left in the fur. The tail was not trimmed at all, and even the whiskers were untouched. We always used Dezie and our dog loved her. The last few times he looked terrible and she way over charged us without an apology or offer of refund. He was shaved down to his skin. We thought we would give her another chance. Big mistake. Scheduled our appointment and was not there. She literally excepted us to wait on her. We would be understanding if there was an emergency but she left us waiting times before.
