I called and spoke to a receptionist named elaine and she was very rude and unpolite.
I have to say Dr. lofthouse is the best dr I have come across. He is so down to earth and fun. My kids love him. His receptionist is great also. Going there is not like going to the Dr its like going to a friend's to get medical advice. They are so welcoming and you can tell they love their job and patients.
