Extremely rude, condesending receptionist! I rang because I did a search on Google for electricians after being advised by Jaycar to find a licensed electrician. I was looking for an electrician to create an adaptor that goes from 15amp down to 10amp like I had on my tiny house. The woman said in the rudest tone of voice they weren't going to do it. We have had fans and an Air conditioner recently installed by Boughens extremely satisfied with the service, questions answered, quotes received and advice given before, during and after service. Thank you so much! This is a family business and Australian owned company. Old school business style. Few and far between.
Today I went in for the first time to the store on my visit to Rosewood. I was upset that I wasn’t able to take a picture of an item I wanted to buy for my son to send him to see if he would like it. Then I would buy it for him but I was refused to take it at all I don’t understand why. It made me feel uncomfortable.
They only want to install products they sell
