Laura was very mean and added autogratuity on 3 mojitos check without even telling my group and on top of that expected to tip over the 20% that she already added herself. I work in the industry and as I server myself, it’s upsetting to see how unprofessional it is to use autogratuity on small checks, don’t say anything to costumers and feel scammed.
