Unfortunately, my experience with Boufford Insurance Agency was very frustrating. Communication was extremely slow, with emails and calls often going unanswered for days, even after multiple follow-ups. When I tried to terminate our policy, I had to call several times just to get the necessary documents. On top of that, our auto policy renewed early without notice, which ended up costing us extra. We have since switched to Gallant, who have been incredibly responsive, helpful, and helped us set up a stronger coverage plan.

I’m an Electrical Contractor and I’ve used Boufford Insurace for my Business for several years. Jason and his team are fantastic. I’m not the easiest customer and they have always come through for me even when I needed them last minute! I can’t count how many times they’ve been there for me. I highly recommend them for your small business insurance needs. I will remain a customer for as long as I’m in business. Thank you 🙏🏽

Called today asking for the quote. Agent told me that she had too big of a workload and could not help me. Maybe if I try next day? Reputable insurance company? Best joke of the day I heard today.

Boufford Insurance Agency stopped, listened to my specific needs and responded by providing my business with a service that was above and beyond my expectations! They have met all my company needs in a quick professional manner. Every email, phone call and text I sent was met with a quick response every time.
