Places an order online and passed up getting a side of soup with my sandwich. When I picked up my order, I changed my mind and wanted to purchase a side of soup. I was told the total was $10+ dollars. When I questioned this, I was told that I could not purchase soup as a side unless I ordered it together with my sandwich. Really silly how this is not possible. Sandwich was dry.
Always good customer service. Love their sourdough bread and sandwiches. Edit 19 Nov 2025– Saw their holiday special Stone Baked Oval bread in the store. See picture. Service Rep recommended it. It tastes really good with high quality EVOO. It has nice uneven and thicker crust, but it is soft inside. Got it sliced in the store. Will try to use it for sandwiches. Hope they will bring it back regularly throughout the year.
