Very disappointing experience. One of the staff members — a bald man with glasses — was extremely rude and disrespectful. Unfortunately, he is not the only one. Several other employees at this restaurant also behave unprofessionally toward customers and food delivery drivers. There is a clear lack of respect and care, and drivers are often treated with arrogance and contempt. It’s unacceptable and shows poor management. I do not recommend this place unless serious changes are made.
This was the first time visiting the store It was a pickup order for bread. We ordered around 420 and must have been ready by 430 and when I reached at 450 they said they do not have my order. It was a technical glitch mostly. The way the person who was checking up seemed indifferent, was not the typical customer service I am used to at Panera bread and for that reason I am removing 1 star. Overall the bread is good. Decent ambiance. I need to explore the place more in future visits.

First time coming here good experience I tried the mocha frappe it was delicious. They use a machine that they use in Mexico to do milkshakes. I was impressed love the sourdough bread for my toast they have a machine to cut your bread if you choose to staff really friendly .
