Perfect for all fitness levels. BOUDICCA BARRE is a Boutique Barre studio founded by Kaitlyn Frotton, an international performer and ex-athlete. Inspired by Boudicca, queen of the British-celtic tribe who led an uprising against the Roman Empire, this workout is not for the faint of heart.

I am NOT a fitness person, I’ve been a couch potato for many years... I decided I wanted to try the class and even though it turns my legs and arms to jello o absolutely love it!!! It’s weird to love something that makes everything hurt🤣🤣!!
Thorough, engaging, and appropriately challenging. Comfortable and fun atmosphere. I like that modifications for ability ranges are worked into instruction. Found my go-to for UP winter workouts! 👍
I have had the pleasure of working out with Kaitlyn both in person and virtually. Kaitlyn offers a great variety of workouts, so you never feel like you are doing the same thing. She provides personal recommendations, modifications, and overall encouragement, even when not physically in the room with you. I highly recommend her programs!
