The manager, Nicole, is extremely rude. I went in for a return for some pillows due to product quality issues and told her I had confirmation from Bouclair customer service online. However, she asked me "what year?", implying the email was old and not from 2025 for whatever reason (I think she didn't believe me). She just had a lot of attitude and didn't seem like she wanted to do this return. I got the return in the end after she read the email but she didnt seem happy about it and just walked away after without saying anyt... read more
