I recently visited Bouclair and had a wonderful shopping experience. The store had a great selection of stylish home décor and furniture, and I was able to find some amazing pieces to help furnish my house. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. They were welcoming, patient, and happy to assist when I had questions or needed help finding certain items. Their positive attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. I didn’t get my refund yet even though items are returned at this store. In the return policy it wasn’t stated anywhere discounted are not returnable. I am attaching return policy here so that people are aware how unprofessionally they are doing business. Their contact centre is not reachable at all. I want my money back!! Attached the receipt of the painting.
