The place is decent since they revamped. It’s not like it used to be I bought some kitchen stuff
Middle aged man who came by for curtains for a baby nursery. A strange world I was unfamiliar with, this store and what I needed. The ladies running the store, all four or five of them, were all extremely helpful in answering my questions about curtains, curtain rods, curtain sales and curtain installations. I left the store feeling grateful for the help and advice that all provided. A caring staff. Great store, and by the way, the curtains looks great!
I cant stay in there longer than 5 minutes cause its like they are pumping purfume into the air. The smell is so intense. I thought it was a one off, maybe someone wearing too much perfume but I went in there a second time and its just the stores smell. Smells stronger than the purfume section in a department store. I am unable to shop there cause of it and I can only image how unhealthy the airquality is. Anyone who has fragrance sensitivies don't come here.
Have always had a great experience shopping at Bouclair Whitby. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Associate 22430 (sorry couldn’t ask her name but got this from my receipt from today) she was very helpful and provided great customer service.
