My girlfriend bought a coffee table from them last night, the guy at the store said they had one in stock and it was brought out to her. When I saw the box at home it was clearly opened before and most likely returned. I didn’t think it would be that big of a deal as long as it has all the parts. Popped in for a Quick Look. It’s been some time since I had been in there. And it will be a long time before I consider going again. It’s crammed with stuff, random stuff all on the floor and no one even made eye contact. But the icing on the cake was the cashier. Wow. No eye contact. On her phone the entire time except to scan the item and then right back to the phone. With so many options in that direct area, no need to go back.
I placed an order online with Whitby Bouclair on Monday morning, and the item was listed as available for same-day pickup. I waited all day for the email notification, but it never came. I figured it was just the chaos of Cyber Monday and decided to be patient. Finally, the email came Tuesday afternoon, telling me my order was ready. I called several times that afternoon to confirm if my husband could pick it up instead of me driving all the way there, but no one ever answered the phone. This location has the worst service you can possibly think off. I used to shop here a lot but they must have gotten new workers who don't know how to do their job. I purchased something online and it said it should be ready the following day at 10 am. It was 1 pm and I didn't get the ready email so I tried calling this location 3 different times, no one picked up.
