Great selection of home decor.
Extremely terrible return experience. Was denied a return of over $500 cash, was told I could only receive a gift card since they didn’t have more than $100 in the register. After arguing back and forth, they made me wait over 40 minutes and disregarded me. Finally they begrudgingly settled for a debit card return. Would not recommend.
The staff at Bouclair were super helpful. They’re knowledgeable, honest, and make solid recommendations. I came in needing help with curtains because I’m definitely not an expert, but I brought photos of the room and measurements and they guided me on the rest and helped me make really good choices when it came to colour, texture, and sizes.
