They are not willing to refund the items on sale. We were never advised these items were not returnable. One of the store guys told us paintings are on open box ( hung on the wall previously) that’s why there was additional mark down of 20%, when we picked two out of set 4. Neither return policy nor the sale receipt mentions anything that these are not returnable. I never had such bad customer service. Went into the Whitby location for a blind and Omar assisted me. He was a delight to deal with. He was knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his was to be helpful. I returned after my purchase to pick the blind up as it needed to be cut and Omar was working and once again assisted . I was interested in an ottoman that was up high on a display wall and he was more then happy to bring it down for me to have a better look. I ended up buying the ottoman. I ordered several items from the Bouclair website because many of their products are not available in store. I waited almost a month for the items to arrive for in-store pickup. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve received broken items. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff was neither friendly nor helpful. They brought the boxes to the front counter, asked me to sign the invoice, and told me to take them as is. There was no attempt to open the boxes or inspect the items before I left the store. I cant stay in there longer than 5 minutes cause its like they are pumping purfume into the air. The smell is insane. I thought it was a one off, maybe someone wearing too much perfume but I went in there again and its just the stores smell. Smells stronger than the purfume section in a department store. Thats crazy, ya'll need to fix that. No one likes that and its so unhealthy to have that much fragrance pumping through the air.
