I wish the store would open earlier just like rest of them. I barely ever go there anymore because of that reason. I'm a morning person, and like to do my shopping early in the morning all before 11:00!

Went into store for a specific item and tried to find it in isle but not found so I asked and they had to look it up but 3 in stock. She was alone working and couldn't find it either and not in charge of that department so told to order item. When I returned to pick it up again she was alone but helping someone else so I was told no one else in store to help so come back in half an hour. I love shopping at Bouclair because the environment is so peaceful compared to chaotic bigger companies. their displays are always organized and the staff at this location always have time to help me and offer suggestions for my home decor. The staff at Bouclair gave me confidence to wallpaper my own walls !! I also love the quality of their products because I know they will not break !
