Customer service was bad.
I’ve been to the Stittsville location three times now & have been extremely impressed by the Bouclair team. The staff have been nothing short of professional, helpful & kind. The store manager, Bridget, went over & above to secure me an item I showed great interest in. I will certainly be back to shop at the store!
This is the worst place to shop for your home furniture. You can’t return things without a box even if you built them in they’re defective will not reimburse you with your money. Manager was rude. She was willing to provide a gift card. I showed her that the stool I had purchased had a flaw on it and that normally when you receive things shipped to your home, they come in good standing order, regardless of that she insisted on wiping The base of the sTool to make sure That it was in sellable condition. I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Bridget, manager at Bouclair. Her customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. When I raised concerns about a product and requested assistance, she handled the situation poorly, showing little empathy or willingness to help. Her attitude was curt and made the whole experience frustrating and unpleasant. I expected much better support from a manager at Bouclair! Not sure how she became a manager with zero skills.
