Lovely selection of items, friendly staff !
Nothing specific to this location, however the online customer service from this company is absolutely horrific. I was sent damaged products, and I have been trying to speak to a manager since March, and they still have not called me back despite me emailing and calling back several times since then. There is no accountability for the leadership team in handling customer concerns with respect or care. The air freshener (green tea) is delightful and lasts for 5 months. The products are beautiful and of good quality, although I must mention that some are easy to find elsewhere at more affordable prices.
