Very unfriendly employees here Edit: No thanks. Train your employees better and ensure they treat all customers equally regardless of skin tone and outward appearance. I should have read the previous negative reviews before stepping into this store.

Awful customer service
I went to Bouclair Newmarket close to closing (I didn't know it was almost closing time when I walked in) and was given the most amazing help by Nada pulling together some decor items for a kitchen island. She quickly helped me find the perfect pieces to add to a tray and vase of fauliage I had selected and I just love how it turned out! They also stayed later and did not even tell me the store was closing while they rang me through, so I didn't feel pressured and rushed out the door the way other places sometimes do. Got a lamp as a gift. Came with unbelievably terrible instructions. None of the pieces were labelled despite being labelled in the instructions as piece A, B, C etc... Ended up throwing the lamp in the trash because none of the pieces fit together as shown in the instructions. Not sure if a piece was missing or what but an unnecessarily complicated process for a very simple item. Would not recommend shopping here. Especially at those prices.
