I was looking for blackout curtains for my bedroom for a while. I ordered a set online but the style didn’t work so I returned them in store. While in store Mare helped and offered great advice on another style of curtains. I bought the ones she suggested and love them, they are exactly what I was looking for. I also had a question after purchasing and she was great help again. It’s very refreshing to get this kind of customer service nowadays! Thank you Mare, I appreciate all your help.
Rude staff very curt and act like you can’t afford stuff there when you can. As I was leaving they were snobby and icy cold - def will buy elsewhere!
Bought a coffee table from here in store, was told it would be shipped to store within 2 weeks. Didn’t receive anything for 2 weeks and so I called them and they said that they don’t ship directly to stores and don’t have the product in anymore. If they don’t have it in stock in store don’t let them take your money.
Friendly, helpful staff and they had what we needed in stock. This store is small and feels like it needs a refresh compared to the Waterloo store.
Fast excellent customer service. Ordered something online, during checkout it said delivery would be in 3-7 business days. Order was delivered within 2 hours and the delivery person was so friendly. Very happy with my experience.
