Nice staff
Online order tracking is non-existent! I order for store pick up, all it says is 3-5 days, wait for email. It’s now day 5, I live over an hour north and have to plan the trip. No human answers 1-800 CS #, and staff at location have no access to tracking or back end shipping information. Very frustrating!
I love Bouchard BUT the manager at the Barrie location needs some classes on customer service. I bought a $165 cover letter for my bed, and was assured that there would be no problem at all if I wasn’t able to figure out how to repackage it, and it had to be returned. Luckily, I didn’t unpack it at all, but it did have to be returned. The manager was called to the desk and started taking the package apart without any explanation.
