I took my 2017 Toyota there after a truck hit me in the back end. While there I asked about having a dent on hood fixed PDR. ( paintless dent removal). The estimator looked at it and said “yes we can fix that and you will never be able to tell it was there.” We had them fix the lift gate from the accident and the hood with PDR. They did a good job on lift gate but TERRIBLE job on the hood. I speak with experience as I worked at a body shop for 3 years doing the mechanical work for them. They had my car for 3 months and 7days which would have been fine except the rear bumper didn’t match. In fairness there was other damage to the bumper which they did not fix but the part they painted was yellow in comparison to the rest of the white vehicle. I have always heard this was the Best of the auto body shops. I’m disappointed that choose them. Now our rental car has to be returned and ours is not correct.
