I was asked to go to a pre employment medical and D&A test. Everything was fine accept the testing outfit said that my hearing was a bit low and they would not sign off on it. I contacted Bouchier to talk to them about it. They would not take me. It's a waste of your time to apply or go to work for them. Typical contractor in the Oil Sands. You are just a number being billed out to the client. No one cares in this world.

For being a 100% indigenous company they sure don't care why the indigenous employees leave
I work as Bus Driver at Horizon site, most of driver have been Harassed & racial profile because of our background. We wrote the statements & most of employees agreed and signed on then we submitted to HR department then we had a meeting with CNRL Manager & Bouchier HR after HR start investigation, unfortunately the second day they find out its Me who's wrote the statement.
