This was the MOST GOD-awful first appointment experience. Initially the wait was about 15 mins. after arrival. Some services were provided and patient was sent back into the waiting area. The patient then waited 3 HOURS before leaving without ever being seen again, as supposed. This Doctor's office gets ZERO STARS but I had to give 1 star because the system would not allow me to post! Was it because the patient had Medicaid...Or perhaps it was Obama-care....NO this is just a HORRIBLE DOCTOR'S OFFICE.
