I just recently purchased a wedding band from Boucheron in Harrod’s and really had the most wonderful experience. Wenchun was so friendly, kind and attentive in her treatment of us and her extensive knowledge of Boucheron products really allowed us to make the right purchase. We were so thankful for such an excellent experience making such an important purchase.
Sandra and Sakina are amazing! What an incredible retail experience. We first went in on Monday evening and saw a ring that we wanted. There wasn’t a size 50 in the UK so Sandra arranged for it to be couriered from Paris. On Saturday when we went in to collect it we were welcomed with champagne and Sakina was brilliant at showing us the ring and further options. In the meantime Sandra kept in touch via texts and phone calls. We couldn’t have been looked after better than we were.
I am in love with them more than any other jewellery brand .. so elegant & simple lines .. thank you Alex and Sakinah for being so friendly
