Love this place. Knowledgeable, friendly, gentle, and they take their time. For a person that’s as phobic as I am, these qualities in a ortho are essential! Love all the staff, but especially Georgette!
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Boucher and Dr. Yang ( BY Orthodontics) All three of my kids have been patients here. My oldest is now 22, and my younger ones are 13 and 10, and every experience has been fantastic. The entire team is caring, professional, and truly dedicated to their patients’ smiles. I highly recommend this practice!
I recently wrapped up orthodontic treatment here, and while I ended up with a great result, I had several problems along the way with Dr. Boucher's referral partners which I would like to mention. I had selected this practice originally because I believed Dr. Boucher was excellent with complex cases, so this experience left me disappointed. I went to a periodontist and general dentist who both work closely with Dr. Boucher.
