I came in because my fan wasn’t working. I’d already talked to an experienced mechanic beforehand who thought it was either the blower motor or the resistor, so I really just went in to confirm which one and get a quote. Paid the $200 diagnostic fee. On top of the fan issue, they also told me my rear shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced, and flagged something with my front ball joints…. though they never actually explained what was wrong with them in the diagnostic video they sent me. I want to give a shout out to Alex. He shuttled me where I needed to go and made the ride fly by with great conversation and a friendly attitude. I could tell he genuinely cares about what he does and is always willing to step in wherever he’s needed. A solid, dependable presence and definitely someone who deserves recognition!
Nice dealership and a good service center. Mike is so helpful and accommodating. I have used this service multiple times with always great experience. They provide pickup and drop service as well.
