I purchased a part that was supposed to take 3 days to arrive. 3 weeks later I get alerts saying that if I do not pay the $75, the item would not ship. Thing is, I already paid so I decided not to pay and was told there was an issue with my bank. A week later I get an email saying I will be refunded. That was 2 months ago and still have not received my money. Scam artists. Do not buy anything online from these people. I should have looked at reviews first….their rating says it all

I have had no issues with the sales department nor the finance department at this dealership. HOWEVER, their service department needs serious help. I have a leased vehicle and get 4 free oil changes with that. For some unknown reason, the service dept. charged me a maintenance visit for ordering touch up paint when I had owned the vehicle for only a few days. **UPDATE** the first review was for Monday, it’s now Tuesday at 5PM and I had NO COMMUNICATION from the dealership. So I called them, only to be told that “your service advisor is OOO you should call back tomorrow”…WHAT IN THE ACTUAL HELL IS GOING ON. Just because my service advisor is out, that means my car doesn’t get fixed? This is absolutely insane. Terrible customer service. Horrible communication. Poor communication.
