ZERO STARS! I negotiated with this dealer via emails and phone since this was a new vehicle and I live in Illinois. We agreed on the price, they sent me their official proposal with the agreed price and sent me a link for the credit application. I led them to pull my credit, after that they changed their price, the price of the vehicle jumped up "just" $4,000, and sure enough it was "NO DEAL". It is very unprofessional way of doing business!
