Called regarding a transmission problem with my 2024 Silverado. Described my problem, service rep took notes, and within a day the repair was made and I was back on the road. Truck was under warranty so no problem with cost, thankfully.
Went in for lube and tire rotation. Service persons spilt oil over engine while changing oil. Drove away not knowing this and vehicle began to smell bad and lots of smoke came from engine compartment. Had to return vehicle to get engine cleaned of oil. Had to deal with a service rep who tried to convince me it wasn't oil but windshield wash. She couldn't see over the fender. Still not fully cleaned as we still get fumes in the cabin. I don't appreciate getting questioned as to why I don't want my brand new tires rotated when there is less than 1,000 miles on them. I also don't like being questioned as to why I don't want my K&N air filter and cabin filter pulled out. They are cleanable permanent filters tha I don't want touched. Then I'm told that they are letting me know about some fluid flushes/replacement that I should be getting done but don't tell what they are or the cost to have it done.
